Whether an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, Rootstalk offers several possibilities to host the perfect event!
The Root Cellar private dining room offers an intimate, exclusive event space in Rootstalk’s lower level for up to 30 guests. Root Cellar events feature curated menus tailored to each celebration to create a memorable evening. Event Director Liz Entwhistle collaborates with hosts & planners to craft a personalized, seasonal menu inspired by Chef Matt Vawter’s offerings in the main dining room. Wine pairings by Sommelier Madison Church complement the culinary creations, with bespoke cocktails & beer selections by Bar Director Joe Zino additionally on offer.
Rootstalk hosts larger functions through buyouts of the Main Dining Room with the capability for seated dinners of up to 60 guests; a full restaurant buyout accommodates up to 90 guests seated across both levels of the restaurant. Cocktail receptions & standing, stationed events are among the additional possibilities. Rootstalk also accepts a select amount of private lunch events annually.
